Through years of working closely with business owners and leaders, we began to notice recurring challenges—patterns that ultimately inspired the creation of our Entrepreneurial Leaders Programme.

Session 1: Finding Your Entrepreneurial Leadership
Get clear on what it really means to be an Entrepreneurial Leader. Explore different leadership styles, reflect on your values, and begin building an authentic leadership approach that fits you and your business.

Explore what entrepreneurial leadership thinking and doing looks like in practice
Gain insights into your unique leadership values, strengths and skills
Understand how your leadership style influences your team and business success
Increase self-awareness using behavioural tools like DiSC
Set personal leadership goals to guide your development through the programme
Session 2: Developing a Vision That Inspires Growth
A clear vision drives direction, motivates your team, and keeps your business competitive. In this session you'll define the future you want to create and learn how to bring people along with you.

Craft an inspiring and actionable vision that drives your business forward
Learn techniques for communicating your vision clearly and effectively to your team
Develop strategies for building trust and achieving alignment with your team’s efforts and goals
Session 3: Turning Big Ideas into Action
Ideas are only the beginning. This session helps you turn your vision into focused execution, build momentum, and lead with intention.

Translate your vision into goals, strategy and a clear plan

Develop techniques for maintaining team momentum and ensuring accountability
Session 4: Leadership Skills Sprint
This face-paced Skills Sprint focuses on the leadership skills your business - and your cohort need most. It's a practical session designed to build capability and momentum in the areas that matter most day to day.

Delegate with clarity and confidence
Handle conflict and tough conversations with more ease

Five months (a total of 24 hours) worth of sessions to ensure you are growing your skills and actively implementing your learnings in your business
Plus three x 1-hour one-to-one online coaching sessions with an accredited leadership coach to address your specific leadership challenges between group workshops
A unique programme designed by business leaders, for business leaders and rising leaders
Evening meal to get to know your cohort and build valuable connections
All sessions take place in the idyllic setting of the Astbury Golf Club offering a relaxing and focused environment

The Entrepreneurial Leaders Programme is a five-month transformational journey that will change the way you lead—and the way your business grows.
Your investment: £1,750 + VAT (total £2,100)
Pay just £525 up front (one quarter of the total).
The remaining balance is collected a week prior to the programme starts, making it simple and manageable.
